Name of vacant position:

Web editor

 Public Relations Department

(temporarily, during maternity leave)

Main job responsibilities:

- Ensure the content of the official website of the Company;

Control the observance of a certain order in the information field of the site;

- place on the website only the information checked and agreed with the authors, if necessary make corrections, remove inaccuracies;

- ensure regular checking and adjustment of the website;

- to carry out constant work on placing information on the Company`s official website (filling the website sections with relevant information, control over updates);

- to work with external and internal sources of information, to select it for inclusion on the website;

- assist authors in the design of published materials;

- Process and filter incoming information for consistency with the general concept of the site and the purpose of the section (section);

- Determine the nature of the content of the texts in each section of the site, the frequency of updates to the information;

- Fill sections with relevant information and keep them up to date;

- participate in the visual design of the information placed on the website together with the web-designer and responsible persons of the Company`s structural divisions;

Higher education

Professional experience required (duration, field, other)

Work experience in a relevant position will be appreciated

Professional competencies:

to use means of communication, work on the computer in MS Office environment (Word, Outlook), Excel, work with Social Media, Adobe Photoshop, with e-mail; process and analyse textual and statistical information; know the basics of office management

Personal competences and qualities:

 

Knowledge of languages, including the national language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

Communicability, conscientiousness, active life position, stress resistance, creativity, organizational skills, punctuality, easy to learn, neatness.

 

Computer skills:

Kazakh - fluent

Russian - fluent

Russian - fluent
