Which graduates have to work out of a grant?

According to the Education Act, there is a three- or two-year compulsory grant period for 6 categories:
1) rural youth enrolled within the quota for pedagogical, medical, veterinary and agricultural occupations;
2) Rural youth enrolled in the Serpin program in pedagogical, technical and agricultural specialties;
3) Students of pedagogical and medical specialties;
4) Doctoral students enrolled in the doctoral program on the basis of profile
5) doctoral students who have completed doctoral studies at the PhD program;
6) other specialties.

Who is  freed from the working out of the grant according to the RK Law on Education?
1) Pregnant women or those with children up to 3 years old;
2) Persons with category 1 or 2 disabilities;
3) If there is no vacancy in the community in which the graduate`s spouse resides, works or serves;
4) In the case of further enrolment in a residency, master`s or doctoral program on a grant basis.
