3. The application for participation in the Tender (Appendix No.2 to the Tender Documentation) shall be submitted separately for each lot in a sealed envelope indicating the lot number and the name of the object.
4. The Tender shall be held by opening of envelopes with bids and qualification selection of participants for compliance with the requirements of the Tender Documentation.
5. The conditions and procedure of the tender are regulated in the attached Tender Documentation. The application form for participation in the Tender is specified in Appendix No.2 to the Tender Documentation.
6. The language of tender procedures and execution of relevant documents shall be Russian.
