You can register on the website of the National Testing Centre app.testcenter.kz or through the UTO application. The test itself will be held from 18 January to 10 February 2024.
Recall that the January UNT is attended by persons who have not reached the threshold score according to the results of summer testing and enrolled in the university on a full-time basis on a paid basis conditionally, those studying in the university, wishing to transfer from creative GOP to other areas of training, wishing to transfer to pedagogical areas of training on a paid basis, as well as students of final grades of schools for enrolment in the university on a paid basis at will.
When registering, test takers themselves choose the place, date and time of the test. The number of subjects on the UNT remains the same - three compulsory and two optional. However, the number of questions on compulsory subjects "Reading Literacy" and "Mathematical Literacy" will be reduced by 5 questions. The maximum number of points also remains unchanged - 140 points.
"In view of these changes, we have launched practice tests. Together with the country`s educational centres we have launched free online lessons to prepare for the UNT. In addition, at the beginning of the academic year on the website of NCT published a list of literature and test plan, on which the tasks were made; a list of 100 historical dates in the subjects "History of Kazakhstan" and "World History", a list of terms in "Informatics", a list of literary works on Kazakh and Russian literature.
