Improving the quality of education: the goal and result

On 7 February, 2019, Academician, President of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, Professor Askarbek Kusainov held a scientific - methodological seminar «Improving the quality of education: the goal and the result», for undergraduates, doctoral students and young scientists.

The purpose of the seminar: to identify effective ways to improve the quality of knowledge for undergraduates, doctoral students and young scientists. Ways of widespread use of the international research systems PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS in determining the quality of education and the educational system of developed countries were discussed - the 21st century.

During the seminar, Askarbek Kusainov noted that «My dream, the idea is to be eternal in Kazakhstan. Therefore, I propose the idea of Maglіl Yel», Maglіl el-is a developed country. Considering that the economic and scientific-technical development of any country, competitiveness, the future of a nation, the level of human capital and state security directly depend on the development of the education system and the quality of education in this country, it is necessary to carry out systematic work on a systematic basis for its development».

The seminar was held at a high scientific level and fruitful. Questions were asked, experiences were shared.

The head of the department of preschool education and social pedagogy Ulbosyn Kyakbaeva summed up the seminar, in which she spoke about improving the quality of education: goals and results. In her speech for the participants, Ulbosyn Kyakbaevanoted that this scientific meeting will be remembered not only for information, but also for its content and novelty.
