Academician Sapargaliev`s readings was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In current year, by the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev N.A., anniversaries, have an important place in the history of independent Kazakhstan. Such activities will surely contribute to raising the patriotic spirit of the people of Kazakhstan. One of these important events was the International scientific and practical conference on the theme "Sapargaliev`s readings: problems of formation and development of constitutionalism in Kazakhstan" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The scientific forum, held in the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay were confined traditional Sapargaliyev`s readings. As know, the academician Gayrat Sapargaliyev, outstanding scientist - jurist of the Republic, made an enormous contribution to the development of the construction of the rule of law in sovereign Kazakhstan. In the conference work was attended prominent scientists - jurists of the country and foreign countries, as well as young scientists. Academic staff of the chair of Theory of State and Law and Constitutional Law of the Institute of Law and Economics of the KazNPU named after Abai treated with great responsibility to organize such a large-scale event, the buyout was designed to promote full disclosure of the features of the Basic Law of the Republic, is a public value of the Kazakh people. Vice-Rector for scientific of the University V.N.Kossov, opened the conference, in own speech highlighted the importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the life of our people, briefly spoke about the merits of Academician G.Sapargaliyev in the development of Kazakhstan`s jurisprudence and wished the participants and guests of the Forum fruitful work during the conference. S.S.Sartaev, M.T.Baymakhanov, S.N.Sabikenov, famous scientists, lawyers, doctors of science O.K.Kopabayev, D.L.Baydeldinov, S.K.Amandykova professor of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic E.N.Rakimbayev and others made scientific reports in the plenary session .After the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference continued its work on 4 sections. About 140 scientific reports were made and discussed at the meeting sessions.
