Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Development Department

Functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

Ensuring uninterrupted supply of buildings and structures of the society with electricity, heat, cold and hot water, rational use of the car, proper cleanliness and order in all educational buildings and dormitories, management of repair and construction work in accordance with design documentation, building codes and regulations, technical conditions, other regulatory documents. Control over compliance with the norms and rules of accommodation in hostels. Organization of improvement and cleaning of the society territories.

Responsibilities

-        pursue the Rules of Internal Order.

-        keep confidential an official information

-        accomplish the general management of economic activities and the development of the material base of the Society.

-        coordinate the conclusion of contracts with the municipal services and monitor their timely execution.

-        ensure the rational use of all types of transport, to take measures to equip the transport department with the necessary mechanisms and devices.

-        organize the necessary accounting and reporting.

-        monitor employees` compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation and fire safety.

-        support the policy of informing the Society management about potential or existing violations of the anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and requirements of other internal regulatory documents of the Society on anti-corruption.

Necessarily

Education:

Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

At least 5 years of work experience in government, commercial, non-profit or international organizations

Professional competencies:

Ethical standards of communication in a team, knowledge of building codes

Personal competencies and qualities:

Communication skills, focus on results, punctuality

Language skills, including a state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh, Russian

Computer skills:

Outlook, PowerPoint, АВС-4, AutoCAD, AUTODESK Revit. CorelDraw, Excel, Word
