The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

The chief specialist in his activities is guided by: the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; normative legal acts in the field of science and education; the charter of the NAO "KazNPU named after Abai"; the regulations on the structural unit; internal regulations; orders, orders, instructions of the university management; normative and methodological materials; job description. Observe internal order and perform duty in dormitories. Preparation of draft orders and instructions for the socialization of students.

Main job responsibilities:

Together with the department, an annual plan of social work and youth policy of the society is being developed. Responsible for the quality of the organization of annual, seasonal events. Conducts work on the placement of students in dormitories. Prepares drafts of orders and orders for the socialization of students. Informs structural divisions and deans of faculties about the events being held and ensures the active participation of students. He is responsible for the timely completion of annual medical examinations by students and undergraduates. Monitors the execution of orders, orders, instructions and instructions of higher-level organizations, councils and decisions of the Rector`s office on the organization, provision and holding of mass events. Organization of monitoring of social activities of the company. Participation in the development and implementation of progressive methods of organizing the social and educational process in society. Analysis of the state of social work of the society.  Compliance with internal regulations. Compliance with the established deadlines for the preparation of documents. Compliance with ethical standards of communication and confidentiality of official information in the team

Education:

Higher or postgraduate education

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

Higher or postgraduate education, work experience of at least 2 years

 

Professional competencies:

Development of draft reports, certificates, business letters, orders, orders, keeping protocols, etc

Personal competencies and qualities:

Availability of organization, responsibility, diligence, ability to work in a team

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages

Computer skills:

Ability to work with Windows, Excel, Word, etc.
