The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

All structural divisions report to the Deputy director of the department: specialists, the department of social work, the Department of culture and creativity, the Department of youth Affairs, the psychological support service, the health center, the center for national education "Hakim Abai". The Deputy director of the department is guided in his activities by: the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; normative legal acts in the field of science and higher education; the charter of the NAO "KazNPU named after Abai"; the regulations on the structural unit; orders, orders, instructions of the university management; normative and methodological materials; job description

Main job responsibilities:

Timely planning of the department`s work (preparation of draft plans, project concepts, etc.). Together with the Vice-Rector for Social Development and the Director of the Department for Social and Youth Policy, develops the annual plan of the Department for Social and Youth Policy. Responsible for the quality of the organization of annual, seasonal events. Informs structural divisions and deans of faculties about the events being held and ensures the active participation of students. He is responsible for the timely completion of annual medical examinations by students and undergraduates. Monitors the execution of orders, orders, instructions and instructions of higher-level organizations, councils and decisions of the Rector`s office on the organization, provision and holding of mass events. Monitors the implementation of the work plan of the Department of Social and Youth Policy. Organizes monitoring of educational activities of the society. Participates in the development and implementation of progressive methods of organizing the educational process in society. Analysis of the state of social work of the company, compliance with internal regulations, compliance with established deadlines for the preparation of documents, compliance with ethical norms of relationships in the team, confidentiality of official information

Education:

Higher or postgraduate education

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

Higher or postgraduate education, work experience in senior positions for at least 2 years

Professional competencies:

The ability to make reports, certificates, business letters, draft orders and administrative documents, keep protocols and use means of communication, Internet capabilities

Personal competencies and qualities:

Availability of organizational skills, responsibility, diligence, diligence, accuracy, ability to work in a team

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages

Computer skills:
