Meeting with the deputy

Zagipa Baliyeva, a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, a member of the «Nur Otan» faction, met with teachers and students of the university.

The event was opened by rector Takir Balykbayev. Rector explained the purpose of the meeting and said that a deputy of the Mazhilis Zagipa Baliyeva had previously specially arrived at the university, shared her thoughts about the quality of education, the status of a teacher, and said that she came back today to clarify the issues raised at this meeting.

Deputy of the Mazhilis Zagipa Baliyeva noted that at the the XVIII Congress of «Nur Otan» Party in February, the party chairman, the first president - the leader of the nation N.A. Nazarbayev has given instructions on improving the quality of education, raising the status of competitive teacher and raising the status of a teacher.

During the event, it was noted that the decision of the Congress is to provide housing for mothers with many children, to raise wages for workers who receive a minimum wage, and to solve other social problems. Also during this meeting questions were asked about the preparation of competitive specialists and raising the status of a teacher by professors of the university, and teachers` opinions on this issue were heard.

Deputy Zagipa Baliyeva said that all proposals will be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science, parliament, she added that such ties will continue in the future.
