Testing in Abai University was open and transparent

 

On August 14, 2019, the final day of the complex testing in the new format for the Master program was held.

 

The testing was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Abai KazNPU Asan Satmyrzaev, representatives of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty, members of the regional Special Monitoring Groups, as well as the media.

 

From August 10 to 14, a special commission composed of regional Special Monitoring Groups under the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency conducted inspections at six universities in the city. According to the results of the inspection in Almaty, more than 200 students were suspended from passing exams upon admission to the magistracy.

 

During the complextesting at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, all procedures were transparent and open to the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty, as well as to the public, including relatives of applicants. Interested parties could observe the entire course of the exams online from screens installed outside the academic building.
