Exhibition in honor of the anniversary of the Institute of arts, culture and sports

Today, in the Central State Museum, within the framework of the international art forum «Facets of the great steppe: creative practices and art education at the present stage», the exhibition «Jubilee Palette» dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of Abai KazNPU was opened. The artwork of the teaching staff of this institute was presented.

The «Jubilee Palette» exposition is designed to show the creative potential of modern alma mater of domestic art education, the results of tireless searches and artistic experiments, the experience and achievements of Kazakhstani artists and educators.

Rector Takir Balykbуaev, opening the exhibition, congratulated all those present on this significant event in the cultural life of the country.

«The purpose of the «Jubilee Palette» exhibition is not only to demonstrate the achievements of our art and pedagogical faculty, but also to share themes that excite the modern Kazakhstani person through the prism of fine art. The exposition consists of works by artists who are actively working in the domestic and international arena.

It combines world aesthetic and spiritual national traditions with the experience of the European School of Fine Arts and the innovative achievements of the modern culture of global peace. Today`s art exhibition introduces you to new aspects of the fine arts of Kazakhstan, the world of modern multicultural technologies and achievements», said Takir Balykbуaev.

The guests of the event and the first graduates of the Faculty of Graphic Arts made a congratulatory speech.

Also at the exhibition, the catalog-anthology «Jubilee Palette», collected from the works of the teaching staff of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports was presented.

Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of Abai KazNPU, formerly known as the Faculty of Art and Graphics, has become a center for training highly qualified personnel for various fields of culture, art and art education. Each of the craftsmen has a popular and bright style.
