Dear colleagues and all students!

I congratulate you on the wonderful Nauryz holiday - the holiday of spring and renewal!

The history of Nauryz holiday has deep roots and always this holiday has been a symbol of unity, labor, friendship and consent of the multinational people of Kazakhstan. It was with him that our ancestors measured their achievements and determined plans for the future. This good tradition is still alive. Nauryz has become a favorite holiday of all Kazakhstanis, regardless of nationality, age and social status! The staff of our university is no exception.

For many peoples, including the Kazakhs, Nauryz is the New Year, when it is customary to sum up and build further plans. Taking this opportunity, I would like to note that in world and domestic ratings Abai University has consistently held a leading position. Among pedagogical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the first place. However, our university does not stand still, constantly evolving, opening up promising specialties, increasing educational and laboratory areas, introducing new technologies and directions. Graduates of our university successfully work not only in Kazakhstan, but also in many countries near and far abroad. The Abai University diploma is the best confirmation of the high quality of teacher education. The merit in this belongs, first, to you, our dear teachers!

Dear students! I am sure that the knowledge gained at Abai University will help you rise to another stage of intellectual development, thereby approaching your cherished dream and fully realize yourself in your future profession. The work of the teacher remains difficult, but noble and necessary in any country.

On this holiday, I sincerely wish you all good health, family well-being, kindness and happiness! Let Nauryz give hope for the best, faith in the successful implementation of the plans! Let everything achieved over the years become an incentive for new victories and achievements!

Respectfully,

Rector Takir Balykbayev
