USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: June 26, 2026

This User Agreement determines the conditions for using the services of the NJSC "Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University" (hereinafter referred to as the University).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By using the University`s services, including interaction via WhatsApp, the user confirms their agreement with these terms.

2. SERVICES

The University provides:

• consultations for applicants
• informational support for students
• services in the field of education

3. COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP

The user agrees to receive messages via WhatsApp, including:

• responses to inquiries
• notifications
• informational messages

The University does not send spam and uses communication exclusively within the scope of its activities.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user is obliged to:

• provide accurate information
• not violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• not use the services for unlawful purposes

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The University is not responsible for:

• failures in the operation of WhatsApp or Meta
• delays in message delivery
• technical problems on the user`s side

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials posted by the University are its property or are used on a legal basis.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The University has the right to make changes to this agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
