Dear teachers, staff, students!

Congratulations to all on Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

The Constitution is the basis of stability and development of the country, the guarantor of rights and freedoms of every Kazakhstani citizen! The future of our multinational state is inseparably connected with ensuring the full rights of all citizens, their equality before the law, preservation of peace and consent. We must live by the Constitution, strictly follow its principles, one of which is ensuring law and order in all spheres. This is the only way Kazakhstan will become a prosperous state, and the life of its citizens will be worthy. To be a citizen of the country, to serve our Motherland, to bring up the younger generation in the traditions of respect for the Basic Law is the pledge of our future. Therefore, it is important for young people to learn to create for the common good, to bring up an active civic position to be a worthy citizen of society.

Teachers, staff and students of Abai University prove by their daily work and high achievements that they are worthy citizens of the country. The staff of the University always contributes to the education of future generations and the training of highly qualified teachers. Education is one of the guarantors of the Constitution of Kazakhstan. It has become a solid foundation of our independence, successful development and high international authority of Kazakhstan.

We hope that every citizen of our country will be confident in his or her future. I wish everyone prosperity, peace, kindness and confidence in the future!
