Olympiad 2020: team of Abai KazNPU took third place

On November 5, 2020, the XII Republican subject Olympiad was held at the international Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yassaui in Turkestan in an online format among students of the specialty «Pedagogy and methods of primary education». Where students of the Russian Department of the specialty Pedagogy and methods of primary education took an active part in the 4th year-Irina Chevgan, Alina Tkacheva, 3rd year-Maria Lavrova, Anastasia Manakhova.

Olympiad consisted of 3 rounds:
1. Team Business card: «Portrait of a modern primary school teacher».
2. Research project: «use of computer technologies in teaching primary school students».
3. Video lesson «Organization of the educational process in the conditions of updated education»

9 teams of the Republic participated in this Olympiad. Our students of the Russian Department of the Bastau team took the third place among them. Team leader: senior teacher, master of pedagogical Sciences Mariam Вekbayeva.

The jury, headed by the Vice-President for academic Affairs of the international Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yassaui Omirbek Umbetov, was particularly attracted by students of the Russian Department of the «Bastau» team who are fluent in the state Kazakh language.
