On January 21, 2021, at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, a meeting was held with teachers and the administration of the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland). An interested conversation took place about the course of distance learning for eight bachelors and three undergraduates of the department`s specialties under a two-degree program within the framework of an agreement concluded between our universities. Under this agreement, 3 undergraduate and 1 graduate graduates have already received European diplomas. In the current academic year, new students have entered the program. Participants of the program attending the meeting could ask questions and talk about their successes and difficulties.

It was very important for students and undergraduates to get acquainted with the basic requirements of the Polish university to the learning process. In their speeches, Polish teachers talked about the peculiarities of working in a distance mode and invited Kazakh students to the online classes of Polish professors.

The department intends to continue such meetings to exchange views and monitor the educational process, which will be transparent for both Polish and Kazakh colleagues.
