Applicant 2021: career guidance in the near abroad

On March 17, 2021, within the framework of cooperation between Abai KazNPU and the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Azhiniyaz (Uzbekistan, Republic of Karakalpakstan), an online meeting was held, at which the issues of admission of applicants from Karakalpakstan were considered.

The participants of the meeting were the director of the Academic Lyceum at the NGPI (Nukus) K.U. Kalhorazov, Deputy Director G.Zh. Masharipova, head of department Zh.Sh. Zhumamuratov, teachers and graduate students.

Dean of the Faculty for Foreign Citizens and Pre-University Training G.Z. Taubayeva explained the rules for admission to preparatory courses, introduced the conditions of education to representatives of the Kazakh diaspora from near and far abroad.

Head of the Department of Philological Specialties for Foreign Citizens S. B. Begalieva spoke about how foreigners are taught Kazakh and Russian. She especially emphasized that a certificate of completion of language courses is necessary for admission to the Abai KazNPU.

This event was attended by teachers of the department T.T. Aitkazina (coordinator for career guidance), G.M. Nurakhunova, B.S. Balgazina, I.E. Esirkepova and Deputy Dean S.M.Dzhunusov.
