The winners of the debate tournament «Ruhani zhangyru:

a step towards civilization of young people» were determined

On May 8, 2021, the Debate Tournament «Rukhani zhangyru: a step towards civilization of young people», organized within the framework of the state program of the first president, Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev «Rukhani zhangyru-a look into the future», ended at Abai KazNPU.

Students of 1-4 courses of the university took part in the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the country.

Intellectual debate was held on an online platform with the participation of 20 teams and 20 judges of the institutes in the format of Student-American Parliament and Lincoln-Douglas formats, in accordance with the Rules of the competition, with special topics, prepared in the promotion of the Center for Spiritual Revival and the Pedagogical Division of UNESCO.

Aizhan Temirgalievna, a student of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, won the nomination «Best Judge» of the tournament. The nomination «The best attempt» of the competition won faction «Checkmate», consisting of students of the Institute of Natural History and Geography Sergali Tyshabaev and Aizhan Bazarbay.

The third place went to the faction «Atameken 2», which included Dinmukhamed Nurtayev, a student of the Institute of History and Law, and Balausa Sarsenbekova, a student of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, who showed high results during the competition.

The «Kuretamyr» faction, comprising students of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography Nazerke Amirkhan and Turisbekova Alua, won second place.

I place was taken by «Massa Mediya» faction consisting of the student of the Institute of History and Law Aiganym Ganievna and the student of the Institute of Philology and multilingual education Togzhan Batiles.
The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts from the administration of the University. The awarding ceremony took place online.
