The winners of the literary and creative contest «Zhas avtor»have been determined

On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of independence, on August 26 of this year, the winners of the literary and creative contest «Zhas avtor», organized within the framework of the state program «Rukhani Zhangyru-Bolashakka Bagdar», were determined at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The contest, organized to promote the development of domestic children`s literature, support the literary creativity of young people created in the prose genre, professional specialization, enrichment of the worldview, spiritual knowledge of the younger generation, received 43 works from 8 regions of the republic. Of these, 15 works were recognized as complying with the competition rules.

In accordance with the rules of the competition, the works were checked by an independent jury and objective reader assessments of students of schools in Almaty, which, in addition to the I, II, III prizes, determined the winners of the «Uzdik talpynys» nomination.

Thus, the third place was taken by Mahabbat Tursynbay from the district of T. Ryskulov of the Zhambyl region, the second place was taken by a resident of Uralsk Fariza Kadyrgalieva. And the winner of the first place was Sarsembekova Laura Samatovna from the Kerbulak district of the Almaty region.

In the nomination «Uzdik talpynys», the works of six authors who took part in the competition were recognized as worthy. In order to informally support the prizes of the competition, it is planned to publish them in domestic children`s magazines.

The award ceremony was held in an online format. The winners were awarded with diplomas of the rector of the university and cash prizes.
