Career guidance event on admission to master`s and doctoral PhD
for the 2021/2022 academic year

On October 21, 2021, the Marketing Department of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography organized the event «Rules for admission to the Master`s and PhD doctoral programs» in order to attract teachers, young specialists of republican schools to master`s and doctoral studies.

Organizers: responsible employees of the Marketing department Yerlan Birtalaev, Zhanar Dzhaksybayeva.

Participants: teachers and deputy directors for academic affairs of secondary schools No.157, No. 143, No. 92 of the city of Kyzylorda, Lyceum School No. 264 of the city of Kyzylorda and school No. 101 named after Ali Muslimov, secondary schools No. 80, No. 99 of the Karmakshi district of the Kyzylorda region.

According to the Head of MES RK, Askhat Aimagambetov now admission to master`s and doctoral studies is held twice a year: traditionally in August and additionally in December. «According to the results of the summer admission and examinations, grants for master`s and doctoral studies were not issued, citizens can appeal against these state grants in December of this year», - said the minister.

In connection with this information, school teachers and young professionals were provided with career guidance information about an additionally allocated grant for a master`s and doctoral programs, about the rules and requirements of the competition, and the necessary documents. The event ended with questions and answers, as well as interesting proposals.
