76th annual traditional conference of students and undergraduates of the Department of Physics

On November 22, 2021, the Department of Physics, the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Abai KazNPU organized the 76th annual traditional conference of students and undergraduates. The event was held offline and online (on the zoom platform) formats. The teaching staff of the department, 3rd, 4th year students and undergraduates of 1-2 courses took an active part in it.

The conference participants were addressed by the head of the Department V.N. Kosov, the main purpose of the conference is to familiarize with the current problems and results of the latest scientific achievements in the field of physics, discuss a wide range of issues on the use of information technologies in science and education, ensure the exchange of knowledge and best practices in promoting the scientific views of students and undergraduates.

The Chairman of the section, V.N. Kosov, and the members of the commission appreciated the work of the speakers and their interest in science and were highly appreciated.

In conclusion, it was noted that the conference had fully achieved its goals. Students and undergraduates have undergone theoretical, experimental and practical training. We hope that the work done by the Physics Department will contribute to improving the skills of young specialists on the way to science and their professional development.

According to the results of the conference, the 1st degree Diploma was awarded to the 3rd year student («5В01506-Physics-Informatics») Damir Burkitbayev, II degree diploma: 4th year students (5B060400-Physics) Amanbayeva Balumarzhan, Kapar Torgyn, Kazhymov Zhandos. Diplomas of III degree were awarded to 4th year students («5B011000-Physics») Ashimkhan Balym, Kazybayeva Gulnaz, Shabdrasil Diana, Zhumakanova Asel, Asylbek Medina and Suyinbay Akbope.
