Zhambyl Zhabayev`s works were performed in Tatarstan

The scientific and educational club «Soztanym» of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education of the Abai KazNPU took part in a conference dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev, organized on November 30, 2021 by the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan and the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University (Tatarstan, Russia). The event was attended by the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan Yerlan Iskakov, Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in Kazan, Radik Vakhitov, Director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, Doctor of Sociology, Professor Serik Seidumanov, Professor of the Department of General Linguistics and Turkology of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication Alfiya Yusupova, Senior lecturer of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Rosa Bakbergenova. They spoke about the life and work of Zhambyl Zhabayev.

During the conference, his work was promoted and poems were read, zhyr suleyi Zhambyl Zhabayev with the participation of students of KFU and Abai KazNPU. Members of the scientific and educational club «Soztanym» Aybin Akhmadiev performed the kui of composer N.Tlendiev on dombra «Ata tolgauy» addressed to Dzhambul, Gauhar Ortai, Yerasyl Orysbek and KFU students Renata Sadykova, Ainur Nyabarov read the famous works of Dzhambul Zhabaev in Kazakh, Tatar and Russian. In the performance of the 4th year student of the philological specialty Yerlik Zhakypbai, the song «Zheltoksan zheli» was performed on the dombyra. The event ended with good wishes and warm wishes of the conference participants.
