On 17 January, 2017 in the Institute of Modern Languages of the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk took place "Meet the culture of Kazakhstan" which was organized by the Scientific Association "Pomeranian linguists" under the supervision of Dr. Marka Łukasika. The event attended exchange students of Abai KazNPU: Nurila Karabassova, Zhansaya Abdrakhym, Leniana Sydyk and Aigul Yeszhanova.

The students presented the most interesting facts about the culture of their country, the history of the nation. They told about modern Kazakhstan, family traditions, cuisine and popular folk songs. The meeting ended with a treat "Bauyrsak" (traditional food), which was prepared by one of the students, and with a song to the accompaniment of a guitar.
