Advanced training courses for the teaching staff of Abai KazNPU

From November 21 to December 03, 2021, the Center for advanced training and distance education of Abai KazNPU conducted 80-hour advanced training courses in the distance learning mode for the teaching staff of the University on the topic: «Organization of electronic tutoring in a Modern School and management of coaching, mentoring processes». The course was attended by 54 teachers from the Institutes of pedagogy and psychology, natural sciences and geography.

Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the changes and additions made to regulatory documents in the field of education; get acquainted with the conceptual and theoretical foundations of tutoring, coaching, mentoring in the professional growth of a teacher, improve the algorithm of planning and implementation of updated educational programs.

The Round Table also discussed the effectiveness of mentoring in the targeted orientation and scientific guidance of young professionals, the specifics of mentoring and coaching in providing methodological support at school, organizing students` pedagogical practice, and the possibilities of organizing the educational process through tutoring and coaching.
