«National Values - National Treasure» Youth Forum

The youth forum «National Values - National Treasure» took place on 22 October 2022 in Abai KazNPU within the project «Instilling of national values to the future teachers of primary classes through the creation of mobile educational environment» with the participation of students of 1st, 2nd year students of the Department of Primary Education of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

At the forum, the project leader A.E Zhumabayeva., project participants R.Zh.Bazarbekova, A.S.Stambekova made a speech where they focused on the importance of national values for the upbringing of the younger generation. 

During the debate, questions were discussed on the following topics: Besiktegi balanın bek boların kim biler?; Ul uyatımen, qız qılıgımen ardaqtı; Otbasının sani - sıylastıq. Participants shared their opinions and were able to demonstrate a high level of public speaking and broad-mindedness.

At the forum, a video contest was organized on the topic «Kazakhstan & Me» in order to determine the ability of students to use mobile technologies as an educational tool.

Intellectual contest «Polyglot» via Kahoot was organized to determine students` understanding of the history, traditions and national heritage of our country in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English).

The winners of the competition were determined by independent voting of students through a mobile application.

The exciting moment of the programme was the performance of the play «Apke» with the 1st,2nd, 3rd year students` cast, dedicated to the 80th birthday of the Kazakh and Soviet writer Dulat Isabekov, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the forum, active participants in the event were awarded with letters of thanks and valuable prizes.
