Results of the survey on educational programs

A survey was conducted on Google Forms to determine the level of master students` and employers` satisfaction about EP of Pedagogy and Psychology, and the results were discussed at a meeting of the educational program (Minutes №3. 20.10.2022).

According to the results of the "Questionnaire for Master students", in general, master students are satisfied with the knowledge gained through educational programs.

66,7 percent of respondents answered that the subjects of the EP and their content meet the needs of society.

In general, the survey of master students revealed that the teaching the subject is organized in the right direction; the forms, conditions, methods of examinations are clearly defined; teachers use modern technologies in their lessons, motivate master students to study, and evaluate them objectively. However, only 41,7 percent of the master students think that classrooms are adequately equipped for seminars, laboratories and practical classes.

The results of the «Questionnaire for Employers» showed that three-quarters of the employers think that the activities of employed graduates correspond to their level of qualification and about 90% are positive about the special, professional competencies of graduates.

According to the results of the survey, it is possible to conclude that the above-mentioned programs are implemented in accordance with the requirements and respond to the demands of master students and employers.
