Winners of the intermediate stages of the university-wide Student Olympiad «Foresight of pedagogical ideas»

From November 7 to December 10, 2022, Department of Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU holds the university-wide distance student Olympiad «Foresight of Pedagogical Ideas» among students of 1-2 courses, in order to popularize branch science, increase interest in pedagogical disciplines, formation of motivation for research activities.

The Olympiad is held remotely in three stages. At the moment, two rounds have been completed. 37 teams of Abai KazNPU took part, consisting of 185 students, of which 110 students (22 teams) are in the Kazakh language of instruction, 75 students (15 teams) are in Russian.

As part of the first round, the participants of the Olympiad presented presentations of their teams highlighting their pedagogical credo, the rationale for choosing a teacher`s profession and an associative map that will help them become teachers of a new format.

According to the results of the first round, the following winners were identified:

Teams with the Kazakh language of instruction - «Innovation start», 2nd-year students of the specialty «6B01502-IFC» (supervisor - associate professor S.S.Zhumasheva); «Shyraq», 2nd-year students of the specialties «History-Geography» and «History-Law» (supervisor - Associate processor G.S.Saudabayeva); «Zhalyn», 2nd year students of the specialty «6B01513-Biology» (supervisor - associate professor M.K.Kursabayev).

Teams with the Russian language of instruction - «LAKIYA», 2nd year students of the specialty «Foreign language: two foreign languages (supervisor - professor Sh.Zh.Columbayeva); «Literates», 2nd-year students of the specialty «RKO» (scientific supervisor - PhD A.D. Tanatova); A.D., «Armor» and «Success», 2nd-year students of the specialty «RKO» (scientific supervisor - Tanatova A.D.).

As part of the II round, the participants of the Olympiad presented their creative works in the form of writing an essay on the topic «Our view on the upbringing and training of the alpha generation and why we should teach these children».

Teams with the Russian language of instruction - «Success». 2nd-year students of the specialty «RKO» (supervisor - PhD Tanatova A.D.); «LAKIYA», 2nd-year students of the specialty «Foreign language: two foreign languages» (supervisor - Professor Columbayeva Sh.Zh.); «Spices from PIPA», 2nd-year students, «Speech therapy» (supervisor - Professor K.K. Zhampeisova).
