Scientific seminar of doctoral students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology

On December 08, 2022, a scientific seminar of doctoral students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology was held. The main purpose of the seminar is to develop doctoral students` skills in conducting scientific discussion, correct oral and written presentation of research results, and enriching their knowledge and skills in the field of research methodology.

The seminar heard the speeches of the 2nd-year doctoral student Agybai K. E. specialty «8D01101 - Pedagogy and psychology». The topic of the report is «Theoretical foundations of the development of professional mobility of future teachers-psychologists». Ponomareva R.D., 2nd year doctoral student of the specialty «8D01901-Special pedagogy». The topic of the report is «Pedagogical foundations of prevention of mental retardation of adolescents and transferological diagnostics». Kalinichenko E.D., 2nd year doctoral students in the specialty «8D01901-Special pedagogy». The topic of the report: «Organizational and pedagogical conditions of specialized training of persons with special educational needs to work in the printing industry».

The seminar was attended by research professors of the Institute of Pedagogy of Psychology N.B. Zhienbayeva, Botagul Altaevna, Deputy Director for Scientific Work, Professor M.A. Absatova.

The moderator of the seminar was PhD doctor, Associate Professor G.T.Abitova. During the seminar, the doctoral students presented theoretical and practical approaches to the problem under study on the topic of the doctoral dissertation. The problems arising in the course of research work, the goals and objectives set, as well as methods for the correct selection of research criteria were discussed.

The seminar was held in an atmosphere of creative search for new knowledge, where each of the reports aroused scientific interest among those present, and a meaningful discussion took place.
