Scientific seminar "Requirements for the publication of articles of SCOPUS, Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science"
Since the beginning of the current academic year at the Department of Special Education of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai University on the initiative of Associate Professor A.N.Autaeva operates club "Zhas Galym. The head is G.J. Yerzhanova.
On January 27, 2023, 1st yeardoctoral students of specialty "8D019-Special Pedagogy" as part of the work of the club "Young Scientists" held scientific workshop "Requirements for publication of articles in the journals of SCOPUS, Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science". The event was attended by the Institute faculty and senior students, graduate students, doctoral students of specialties "Pre-school education and upbringing", "Pedagogy and Methodology of Elementary Education", "Special pedagogy" (offline and online).
The main speaker of the seminar - Bolashak graduate, the author of the textbook "Academic writing", Edilbay Ospanov acquainted the students with the foreign experience, having sounded the main questions of preparation of articles for the journals SCOPUS, Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science. He also clearly showed examples of difficulties faced by domestic authors.
The young applicants were told about the importance of publishing scientific articles in highly ranked journals and in Farabi_university and Karaganda Buketov University with their requirements. The conditions for the publication of articles in the Vestnik journals were highlighted by doctoral students E.Mukazhanova and Z.Zhusupbekova.And A. Ermagambet spoke on the ethics and originality of scientific writing.
At the end of the scientific seminar, members and participants of the club shared their opinions and analyzed the questions posed.
