Teaching staff of the Department of Special Pedagogy took part in the Winter School

From January 8 to 20 2024 in Abai KazNPU held a Winter School on the theme "Implementation of the model of teacher education and strengthening its content", aimed at training 1800 teachers of 42 universities of the country, implementing pedagogical educational programmes.

In the work of the Winter School, organised by the Department of Designing Educational Programmes of the University, the speakers-trainers were the director of this department A. Baidildina, head of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness Sh.Khamraev, director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology G.Abaeva, head of the Department of Informatics and Informatisation of Education IMPhI N.Oshanova, teachers Sh.Karbaeva, Sh. Nurman, Z.Rabilova, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nazarbayev University and Finnish experts.

The purpose of seminars-trainings is to improve knowledge and skills of participants on preparation of educational programmes of high quality, writing of syllabuses for educational programmes, improving the quality of training of globally competitive specialists, etc.

The Winter School was actively attended by 10 members of the teaching staff of the Department of Special Pedagogy, they improved their qualification in the field of high tasks of joining the world elite of higher education, development of the innovative potential of the university, focusing on innovations that determine the parameters of the formation of the university of the future: participation in public life and contribution to sustainable development.
