Training game «In a healthy body - a healthy mind»

According to the annual plan of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of KazNPU named after Abai, on April 12, 2024, a training was organized and conducted with the participation of 3rd year students of the specialty «6B03111 - Training of practical psychologists» under the guidance of group advisors Dautkalieva Perizat and Kudusheva Nurgaisha. The purpose of the training was to identify the connection between the psyche and physiology, to study the concept of psychosomatics and to realize the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

During the training, a meeting and acquaintance of students of 1-2 courses of the specialty «Psychology» was organized. Through the «Me and us» exercise, students told each other about themselves and established relationships. Using projective methods, students were introduced to various terms related to psychosomatics, and they discussed their meanings by drawing on paper. Further, teamwork was carried out aimed at developing practical conclusions. In the final part, the students shared their impressions of the training.
