«Leadership and management: current trends in the development of theory and practice»

On April 26, 2019, at Abai KazNPU there was held an international scientific-practical conference «Leadership and management: current trends in the development of theory and practice».

At the event, the Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation, Professor Aktolkyn Kulsarieva made a welcoming speech.

The aim of the conference: to consider from various aspects the issues of leadership and management training the leader-manager of a new generation, strategically thinking in the field of education, who has mastered modern management technologies and tools.

Leadership in the XXI century is a pivotal quality for personal self-governing and self-organizing and self-development.

Speakers of the conference made notable presentations about the benefits of effective education management, where one can apply time management and stress management ideas in professional activities.

At the plenary session, presentations were made by: president of the Kazakh Psychological Society, Academician Mukan Perlenbetov - «Psycho-physiological bases of the educational process»; professor of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov, Professor Walikhan Zhumashev - «Background and precancerous diseases of the mammary gland»; director of the International Institute of Professional Development of Moscow, Professor Olga Kolomiets - «Methodology of Scientific Research: Indicators of Analysis»; professor of the Dongguk University of South Korea, Seoul Namin Shin - «Leadership in the era of the 4th industrial revolution».

At the plenary meeting and the sectional part of the conference 150 students, 35 undergraduates, 15 doctoral students and 50 teachers of our university took part.
