Features and opportunities of the educational process in small sized schools

 

On February 26, a national webinar was organized on the theme «Educational process in sized small schools: features and opportunities» related to professional support of teachers in small schools.

 

The republican webinar was devoted to a small group of teachers of the school with the purpose of exchange of experience in improving pedagogical skills, as part of exchange of views with teachers-scientists of the Institute of Advanced Training in Almaty region, branch of JSC «Almaty region». ORLEU» National Center for Advanced Training of the Department of Foreign Languages.

 

The purpose of the webinar is to establish a practical connection between the department and school specialists, to develop cooperation in the field of education based on mutual understanding by supporting professional and cultural activities, to establish contacts and provide methodological assistance, Scientific support for small schools in remote areas.

 

Tasks of the webinar:

-demonstration of best practices in the effective organization of the educational process in small schools;

-organization of exchange of experience of coaches and teachers of these educational organizations on the use of new forms and methods in pedagogical practice.

 

Webinar participants: teachers of primary school 227 named after A.Mustafayev of Aral district of Kyzylorda region and secondary school 77 villages of Kulandy, teachers of small sized school schools of Kyzylorda, Almaty and Zhetysu districts of the Republic, methodist scientists of higher education, methodists, certified coaches.

 

The Department of Foreign Languages concluded a bilateral agreement with two small sized schools of Aral district of Kyzylorda region for 2020-2021 academic year. The course of the republican webinar organized within the framework of this contract was saturated with scientific reports, information necessary for training, exchange of various experiences. The coaches` presentations on the best practices of effective management of the educational process in small integrated schools were presented to school teachers, listened to with great interest and actively discussed among teachers.

 

Scientific and methodological communication with teachers of small sized schools is always in the attention of the department, and the methodological support provided to them will continue in the future.
