80th CONFERENCE OF UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS

            On November 24, 2025, the 80th conference of undergraduate and graduate students was held at the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov.  
            The purpose of the student conference is to provide young researchers with a space to exchange ideas, present their work, and gain their first experience of academic communication. During the discussion, students and master`s students touched on a wide range of topical issues in national history.
            The distribution of places among master`s students was decided by the commission:

1st place – Rysgul Zhumadilova (supervisor: S.S. Saifulmalikova)
2nd place – Adilet Amanaliyev, Berik Berdi, Nazerke Kogambaeva (supervisor: Z.B. Myrzataeva)
2nd place – Issak Indira (supervisor: S.S. Saifulmalikova)
3rd place – Dyutmagambetova Amina (supervisor: G.R. Nurymbetova)
3rd place – Daulet Ylghar (supervisor: T.T. Dalaeva)
3rd place – Dana Aisarova (supervisor: S.G. Belous)

Of particular interest were the reports by Rysgul Zhumadilova (`The Kazakh School in the Orynbor Shekara Commission`) and Abish Zhansulu (`The Kazakh Language in the 18th and 19th Centuries: Its Development and Teaching Methods` and Firoza Mizhitova (`The image of Soviet women in the publications of the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper in the 1960s`).
            The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to gain research experience and advice from renowned historians at the university.
