The department`s educational plan includes introducing students to the historical museums and archives of Almaty with the aim of instilling in them a spirit of patriotism. In accordance with this, in an event dedicated to national-patriotic education - raising the spirit of the young generation, dedicated to the deposit of a documentary-biographical film about the People`s Artist of the Kazakh SSR, Third-year students attended the exhibition about Yuri Borisovich Pomerantsev at the Central State Archive of Film, Photographic Documents, and Sound Recordings on January 26, 2026. The event was organized by professors and teachers of the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Kazakhstan named after T.S. Sadykov: Dalaeva T.T., Baisalbaeva T.M., Adilova F.A.
