Familiarization of the department of «Physics» with the Strategic plan of the University for 2018-2025

For the purpose of extensive acquaintance of teaching staff and students of the department of «Physics» of the Institute of mathematics, physics and Informatics, Professor Vladimir Kosov and the Directorate of the Institute carried out explanatory work on the strategic plan for the development of Abai KazNPU for 2018-2025. Its value was formulated. The key competence was defined. The forecast of development of educational programs in physics was made. The Strategic intention was defined. The principles and mechanism for implementing adaptive leadership in the department were discussed. The main goals and ways to achieve them were considered.
