Associate Professor of the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Arts, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, participated in an international academic program in Harbin (PRC)

From 16 to 22 November 2025, the Harbin Institute of Technology (PRC) hosted a unique series of lectures and academic forums featuring representatives from three Central Asian countries. The program brought together students and faculty members of one of China`s leading universities for discussions with invited experts.

This initiative represents an important step in strengthening academic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China and is carried out with the support of the Sino-Kazakhstan Joint Education & Research Center for International and Comparative Law of the Department of International Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Within this program, Aman Ibragimov, Associate Professor of the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Arts, Abai KazNPU, took part in two international scientific forums:
- "Belt and Road Anti-Corruption Institution Research Forum";
- "Belt and Road SCO Research Forum".

The organizers highlighted the high professional level of the speaker and the significant contribution of Abai KazNPU to the development of international academic cooperation.

Students and graduate students of the Harbin Institute of Technology had the opportunity to engage with experts from Central Asia, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of cultural and legal processes in the Eurasian region.

Such academic events strengthen institutional partnerships, foster intercultural dialogue, and open new horizons for cooperation between universities of Kazakhstan, China, and the Central Asian region.
