International Scientific and Practical Conference Held at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University

On January 23-24, 2026, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University hosted the international scientific and practical conference entitled
"The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Education of the Younger Generation in Art Education", dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of Art, Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, Medeubek Zhumatayuly Tanirbergenov.

The conference was organized by the Faculty of Culture and Arts and the Department of Fine Arts and Design. The event focused on current trends in art education, the role of artificial intelligence in educational and upbringing processes, and the preservation and development of national cultural values.

Along with national and international scholars, Esenkeldi Kulzhabayev, a lecturer of the Department of Art Education, took part in the conference and shared his professional experience.

The conference was held in both offline and online formats, bringing together professors and academic staff from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan. The program included an outdoor winter plein air, a plenary session, sectional presentations, and an exhibition of scientific, methodological, and creative works by Professor M.Zh. Tanirbergenov.
