INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF TEACHERS:

SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT OF COOPERATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AND SCHOOL

      On May 19-20, 2024, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Aesthetic education - modern trends in education” was held at gymnasium No. 175 “Zhana Gasyr”. The initiator of such an event was once again the Scientific and Methodological Center for New Technologies and Innovations in Education of the Department of Education of the City of Almaty, in close collaboration with the teaching staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Music Education and Choreography of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Department of “Music” of the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University and the teachers themselves in Almaty.

        The plenary session was attended by Svetlana Shapkina, methodologist of the Center for New Technologies of the Education Department, professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Gulmira Saudabaeva, music teacher of gymnasium school No. 176, teacher-researcher, president of the Association of Music Teachers in Almaty Zheniskul Makhanbetova, representative from “Orleu” Fatima Narseitova, music teacher No. 121 of gymnasium Ardak Abildaeva and a guest from Kyrgyzstan, vice-rector Azizbek Batyrov and other speakers.

        Перед слушателями конференции в программу концерта выступили участники гимназии № 175 «Жаңа ғасыр» с традиционными концертными номерами (руководитель учитель музыки № 175 гимназии  Гульзаман Амирова), а также коллективы из состава учителей музыки: оркестр народных казахских музыкальных инструментов (руководитель, учитель музыки Сәмен Изекенов) и хор города Алматы (руководитель и дирижер Карлыгаш Тулегенова).

        The conference program consisted of 4 sections. The moderator of the 1st section “Transformation of aesthetic education in the conditions of technological civilization” was music teacher of school No. 63 Leila Ryspaeva. The moderator of the 2nd section “Integration of the content of basic subjects with the artistic and aesthetic education of schoolchildren” was presented to the candidate of pedagogical sciences, Acting. Professor of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University Laura Kakimova. The third section, “Classroom management as an element of teacher’s professional guidance,” was headed by Associate Professor of the Kazakh National University Sandugash Sansyzbaeva. And the 4th section “Prospects of creative management in education in the era of globalization” was entrusted to the candidate of pedagogical sciences, senior teacher of the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University Ryszhan Ryspekova.

       The result of the fruitful work and painstaking work of the conference organizers and its participants was the release of a publication of conference materials. At the solemn event, before the start of the sections, a ceremonial cutting of the red ribbon was held.

         All conference participants were awarded certificates and received a collection of conference materials.

        Laura Kakimova, a representative of the Department of Music Education at KazNPU named after Abay, also made her contribution. She congratulated all the conference participants and noted the work of its organizers, presenting letters of gratitude on behalf of the Faculty of Arts of Abai University. This is already the second event,” she noted in her speech to the audience, where a conference of international scale is being held on the initiative of music teachers themselves. This suggests that in school education scientific activity began to be popularized, which was not typical for teachers of an aesthetic nature, since its main characteristic feature was only a creative orientation.

         As a result of the conference, words of gratitude were expressed regarding this event, further recommendations were put forward to improve the educational process of school education and wishes for further cooperation in scientific and methodological terms between the university and the school.
