Republican competition among young music teachers

From October 30 to October 31, 2024, at the Faculty of Arts of the Abai KazNPU, as part of the implementation of the scientific project of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan AP23488786 "Transdisciplinary study of the art education system: the phenomenon of cultural memory and national values ​ in modern content," a Republican competition was held among young music teachers " Іnerlііstaz - madeni zhady men іlttyk іndylyk tardyk kіlti ".

The main goal of the competition is to increase the quality level of professional training of a music teacher and apply the best traditions of domestic pedagogy of music education, integrative knowledge, interest in the musical heritage of the Kazakh people through the phenomenon of cultural memory and national values​ ​ in modern content. Young music teachers of the Republic not older than 40 years and having work experience in a secondary school not more than 5 years could participate in the competition.

The competition was led by members of the scientific project, the faculty of the departments "Music Education and Choreography" and "Design" of Abai University (Laura Kakimova - project manager; Akmaral Smanova, Kamarsulu Ibraeva, Svetlana Balagazova, Yerkezhan Omarova, Zhanbolat Kosherbayev, Nurzhan Kasimov - project executor).

The first qualifying round was held in the regions until October 15, 2024. and by the decision of the Education Department, the winners of the qualifying round were sent to the republican round. The second round - Republican, was held within the walls of the first higher pedagogical alma mater - at Abai University.

By the decision of the jury of the Competition, the participants were nominated for the following awards: The Grand Prix of the competition was won by Alimzhan Adilzhan Ikramzhanuly - music teacher No. 196 of the school of the Alatau district of Almaty. The I-st degree diploma was awarded to Askarov Zhandos Zholdybaevich, a music teacher at school-gymnasium No. 97 in Almaty. II degree diplomas were shared by participants from Almaty and Aқtau: Tleubekov Magzhan Anuarbekuly - music teacher, teacher-moderator of gymnasium school No. 206 in Almaty and Zhumaliev Akylbek Karasayuly - music teacher of gymnasium No. 13 from Mangystau. Diplomas of the III degree were awarded to Karimova Ainagul Adylbekovna - music teacher of International Shool Zerdeli from Astana and Amerbek Rakhimbay Absattaruly - music teacher of secondary school named after J. Baribayev of Almaty region.

All participants and leaders of the contestants were awarded diplomas and prizes by Abai University.
