Foreign student`s concert

On December 14, 2018 at the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of Abai KazNPU was held the concert «Unity of the World» of foreign students of the Department of Music Education and Choreography, dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organized as part of the state program «Rukhani Zhanguyru».

The organizer of the concert, responsible for international cooperation and academic mobility in the department of Music education and choreography, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Lora Narikbayeva.

The Director of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sport, Baimurat Ospanov made a welcoming speech, he presented certificates of appreciation to teachers for the quality professional training of foreign students of the department, as well as deputy director for Educational Work, Sayat Yestaev congratulated on Independence day.

The concert was attended by all foreign students of the department (from Turkey, China, Mongolia), studying in the specialty «music education», including academic mobility.

The concert program included vocal and instrumental music of Kazakh and Turkish composers, as well as the student choir of the department, which united everyone with the performance of Michael Jackson`s famous song «We are the world, we are children of the world» under the direction of choral conductor, associate Professor Svetlana Balagazova.

At the conclusion of the concert, professor Lora Narikbayeva, head of the department Kamarsulu Ibraeva, on behalf of the Directorate of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports presented to foreign students commendable letters for their active participation in the cultural and educational life of the university and memorable gifts.
