Master degree student Aruzhan Tursynkhan from the University of Siena (Italy) is completing an internship at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University under the Erasmus program.

Aruzhan Tursynkhan, a 2023 graduate of the 6B03113 «Psychology» program of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, is currently pursuing her master`s degree at the University of Siena in Italy. In accordance with her academic program, she is undertaking a mandatory internship at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU. The internship runs from October 15 to December 15, 2025.

During the internship, the master`s student familiarized herself with the research conducted by the department`s faculty members and carried out psychodiagnostic activities and training sessions with 2nd-year students of the 6B03111 «Training of Practical Psychologists» program. All activities were organized under the guidance of her academic supervisor, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Olga Bissenovna Tapalova.

The purpose of the work was to develop students` cognitive and psychological skills, as well as to foster their ability to apply psychological knowledge in practice within the educational process. Through training sessions and psychodiagnostic tasks, participants practiced selecting relevant information, structuring thoughts, establishing logical connections, and analyzing professional situations from a psychological perspective.

The sessions were held in an interactive format: students engaged in group exercises, used analytical methods, completed decision-making tasks, actively participated, and explored new forms of psychological training. The training sessions were conducted in a free and collaborative environment, which stimulated students` creative thinking and professional development.
