Career guidance event for senior school students of KSU «Secondary school № 115 named after D. Babaev»

On December 15, 2025, the career guidance specialist of the Department of General and Applied Psychology, Kunslu Kadyrkulovna Tusubekova, together with the school career guidance specialist Dinara Maratbekovna Aitasheva of KSU «Secondary School № 115 named after D. Babaev», organized and conducted a career guidance meeting with students of grades 10-11.

The school graduates were presented with a list of educational programs of the Department of General and Applied Psychology at all levels of higher and postgraduate education - bachelor`s, master`s, and doctoral programs:
6B03111 - Training of Practical Psychologists (Bachelor`s degree);
7M03122 - Clinical Psychology with Fundamentals of Psychotherapy (Master`s degree);
7M03118 - Health Psychology with Fundamentals of Psychotherapy (Master`s degree);
8D03105 - Psychology (Doctoral degree);
8D03117 - Clinical and Social Psychology (Doctoral degree).
The career guidance activities of the department are aimed at helping school students make a conscious career choice, expanding their understanding of modern educational opportunities, and highlighting the advantages of studying at a higher education institution.
The students showed considerable interest in the presented material, actively participated in the discussion, and asked questions related to admission requirements, specifics of the educational process, and prospects for further professional development.

In addition, the students were provided with detailed information about the university`s areas of training, study conditions, opportunities for participation in research activities, as well as prospects for the professional and career growth of graduates.
