On December 23, 2025, an international scientific and practical roundtable discussion was held on the topic «New research strategies in the context of fundamental problems of modern education»!

On December 23, 2025, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University hosted an international scientific and practical round table entitled «New Research Strategies in the Context of Fundamental Challenges of Modern Education» for doctoral students of the Departments of Special Pedagogy and General and Applied Psychology.

The main objective of the round table was to establish an international discussion platform for analyzing key challenges in contemporary education and for discussing forward-looking research strategies.

Scientific presentations were delivered by Professor Sukhjit Singh (India) and Professor Sin Kuen-Fung Kenneth (China). In their speeches, the scholars highlighted the features of traditional research methodologies, the influence of national context on the selection of research strategies, the impact of research outcomes on educational policy and practice, as well as the effects of digitalization, inclusion, globalization, and artificial intelligence on modern education systems.

The round table was conducted within the framework of a scientific project funded by the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Grant No. BR28712661 - National System for Comprehensive Continuous Support of Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder).

Following the event, discussions were held in a «question-and-answer» format, brainstorming sessions were conducted in small groups, and collaborative work was carried out using a visual idea board. These activities enabled participants to compare diverse scientific perspectives and engage in in-depth analysis.
