Training on the Topic «Effective Communication – The Key to a Strong Team» On March 1, 2026, a training session titled «Effective Communication – The Key to a Strong Team» was conducted. The purpose of the event was to enhance cohesion within the military environment, strengthen unity and mutual support, and promote a culture of appreciation.The training was attended by the servicemen of the unit, as well as the Deputy Company Commander, Senior Lieutenant Daulet Abdykalykov, Lieutenant Meirbek Anarbayev, and the practice supervisor, Saule Tukebayeva.During the session, participants actively engaged in warm-up activities and group tasks, which helped improve communication skills and build mutual trust. In the final part, a reflection session was held where the servicemen expressed gratitude to one another.The training contributed to strengthening team spirit, mutual respect, and a supportive atmosphere within the unit.
