"Financial Center" JSC, acting as the operator of the authorized body in the field of education, responsible for monitoring and controlling compliance by young specialists and Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) who studied under the state educational grant, with their obligations to work off the required period or reimburse state budget expenses in case of non-compliance, announces that upon receiving an SMS message from the contact center "1414" with a request to give consent to "Financial Center" JSC (message "511") or refusal to give consent (message "512"), students of higher and postgraduate education organizations (OHPE) or scientific organizations in medicine (SOM), as well as graduates of bachelor`s, internship, residency, master`s, and doctoral programs, are given 15 minutes to respond. After this time, the message is considered expired.

Once a student of OHPE or SOM, as well as graduates of bachelor`s, internship, residency, master`s, and doctoral programs, sends the message "511" (consent) to the contact center "1414" for the collection and processing of personal data from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, limited data will be provided to "Financial Center" JSC - including the BIN or IIN of the employer, the name of the organization, the employer`s address, and the periods of mandatory pension contributions.
At the same time, other personal confidential data from the records of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan will not be displayed to "Financial Center"JSC.

If message "512" (refusal) is sent to the contact center "1414" to refuse the collection and processing of personal data, the student of OHPE or SOM, as well as graduates of bachelor`s, internship, residency, master`s, and doctoral programs, will be required to independently provide "Financial Center" JSC with supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the obligation to work off the required period within the three-year or two-year work-off period.
