Mediation Center for the Prevention and Resolution of Disputes and Conflicts

The Mediation Center at Abai KazNPU is a consultative body designed to organize psychological prevention and conduct conciliation procedures (mediation) in resolving disputes and conflicts among subjects of the educational process (students, teachers, administration, etc.).

Main goals and objectives

The main objectives of the Center:
- organization of psychological prevention among the subjects of the educational process aimed at the development of tolerance, mutual understanding and constructive ways of resolving disputes and conflicts;
- provision of high-quality services for conducting negotiations and adopting alternative solutions to disputes and conflicts.

The main tasks are:
- provision of services of qualified mediators in the resolution of disputes and conflicts;
- work with the subjects of the educational process on conflict prevention.
