Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University announces the acceptance of applications of graduates of secondary and general educational organizations, graduates of organizations of technical and vocational or secondary specialized education, graduates of secondary education organizations who have received education abroad through the International Exchange, and persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, enrolled full-time studies on a paid basis until the end of the first academic period of higher education educational institution and for admission to universities on a paid basis for conducting Unified National Testing (UNT) - on a remote on-line format from April 20 to May 10, 2020.

Algorithm for applying applicants:
Registration and authorization on the website of the National Testing Center at ent2020-tipo.testcenter.kz:
- indicate your email address to which the login and password are sent;
- carry out authorization on the site with the login and password;
1. further actions of the applicant are indicated in the instructions on the website (indicated in the link);
2. in this interface, after entering your personal data, you can use two different methods: a bank card or a Kaspi.kz bank card (with a mandatory payment button). Testing cost - 2242 tenge;
3. «information number», compiled according to the procedure for submitting preliminary applications and the chosen specialty for admission, copies of the following documents submitted to the selection committee should be sent by the applicant to the university indicated by him (by phone, WhatsApp, social networks, etc.) ;
In case of questions regarding the conduct of UNT, admission to the university, contact the responsible technical secretaries.

The list of educational programs (hereinafter - the EP) of Abai KazNPU at the institute and the phones of technical secretaries responsible for receiving documents from applicants, e-mail are indicated at the end.

Note: when entering the IIN of the incoming data (name, year of birth) are downloaded from the National Educational Database (hereinafter - NED).

If there are errors in the name or year of birth or there is no data in the NED, you must contact the technical secretary of the university.

Registration of the application (the technical secretary of the university registers the application number entering the database).
1) The technical secretary of the university ent-tipo.testcenter.kz attaches a username and password to the link (authorization).
2) Admission to work (corrections) of the number of applications received, registration of applicants to the database and sending a certificate to the applicant is performed by the technical secretary of the university.
3) The original copy of the following documents from the applicant is accepted by the admission committee of the university after the end of the emergency in the country:
1. Application (issued at the university);
2. Two photographs of 3 x 4 size;
3. Document on secondary, technical and vocational or secondary specialized education (original).

Note:
- graduates of organizations of technical and vocational, secondary vocational education of a calendar year, instead of a document of education, can provide a certificate of completion of education in the current year issued by the organization of education in which he studied, indicating the code and name of the temporarily acquired specialty (qualification).
4. a copy of an identity document;
5. medical certificate in the form of 086-U in electronic form.

Note:
- in the absence of data from the NED database with the input IIN of the incoming;
- graduates of secondary education organizations of the current year who received education abroad through international exchange, and persons of Kazakh nationality (who graduated from secondary education in 2020), who are not citizens of RK, who received education abroad, apply directly through the technical secretary of the university until filing a preliminary application.

At the same time, the technical secretary of the university accepts information from the applicant regarding testing, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the UNT Rules, approved by order No. 204 of May 2, 2017, and a copy of the payment receipt (by phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
