Young researchers of the institute of pedagogy and psychology discussed the problem of developing the skills of the 21st century: 4 "K"

The Institute of pedagogy and psychology, as part of the online lecture hall, organized a lecture by Satova Akmaral Kulmagambetovna - doctor of psychology sciences, professor of Abai KazNPU on the topic "Innovative approaches to the diagnosis and development of abilities and giftedness of modern schoolchildren".

During the meeting, the professor reviewed "Skills of the XXI century: 4 "K"- Critical thinking. Creativity. Communication. Collaboration. Also, the participants were offered the program of psychological diagnostics and development of the abilities of schoolchildren, developed by the scientific team of the department of general and applied psychology of Abai KazNPU, which includes the complexes of methods for diagnosing professional and personal inclinations and abilities of adolescents 12-14 years old (on the IT platform El Úmiti and others).

The meeting participants became interested in these complexes and exchanged their views in a question-answer conversation.

At the end of the meeting, the director of the institute, associate professor G.A. Abaeva expressed gratitude on behalf of the rector of the chairman of the board of Abai KazNPU D.N. Bilyalov and presented the lecturer with a letter of thanks. Moderator of the lecture hall, deputy director of institute for scientific work, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associated professor M.A. Absatova summed up the results of the work, noting that the work of the online lecture hall will continue.
